The voyage with Muriel from Kristiansund to Bergen takes you through the very heart of Norway’s dramatic west coast. Over six days and five nights, we navigate a landscape shaped by the ocean—where rugged islands, narrow sounds, and deep fjords create a constantly changing backdrop. This is not merely a passage, but a curated journey through some of the most iconic coastal scenery in Scandinavia.
We sail at a calm and comfortable pace, allowing ample time to truly experience both the sailing and the surroundings. Along the way, we enter majestic fjords, where steep mountains rise straight from the sea and waterfalls cascade down into still waters. Evenings are spent in carefully chosen natural harbors or small coastal communities, offering peace, authenticity, and a close connection to nature.
Life on board Muriel is centered around quality and atmosphere. Each evening, guests are served thoughtfully prepared dishes inspired by Western Norwegian cuisine, using local and seasonal ingredients. Wine and beer tastings are also arranged on board, creating warm and social moments in a truly unique maritime setting.
This voyage is designed for those seeking tranquility, authenticity, and understated luxury. With a classic sailing vessel as your home, and Norway’s raw and beautiful coastline as your surroundings, this journey offers memories that will stay with you long after you arrive in Bergen.
